A fun gymnastics play session including singing, action songs, gymnastics skills and a variety of gymnastics apparatus for the children to explore. This is a Parent supervision session.

The session will be free flow, allowing the children to explore and enjoy the gymnastics equipment with a 10 minute relaxed structured cool down at the end, including songs and parachute. This is an adult supervision sessi …moreon. Parents, adults or carers must attend this session with the children and stay with them throughout. Coaches will be on hand to help and assist where needed. Equipment will include, Tunnels, Bars, Trampettes, Bouncy Airtracks, Vault, Wedges, Springboards, Benches and Beams, Blocks, Mats, Cylinders and fine motor skill Hand Apparatus. less
